Journal

In 2021, the Hispanic Dental Association, under the leadership of Dr. Rosa Chaviano, approved the start of a new bilingual journal for the organization. Posteriorly, in 2023, the Board of Trustees approved a new position: the Editor of the organization, who will be in charge of this journal. This newly appointed official is leading the HDA journal committee or Editorial Board. Its purpose is to oversee the organization’s scholarly journal, ensuring its quality, relevance, and alignment with the organization’s mission. The current Editor of the organization is Dr. Paola Garcia-Cañon, and the Co-editor is Dr. Daniela Gurpegui-Abud.
